All of my favourite things!

Hello there!

My two favourite things at the moment are images from Tiddly Inks and my new Stepper Die, I want to craft all day and every day.

Todays card is using one of the new images from Tiddly Inks Wryn Sunny Days, I think its such a lovely image and lends to alsorts of colours.

Here is how I coloured her up,

Copics used are: Y15, Y17, Y21, Y02

 

 

Copics used are: for skin; E00, E21, E11, R20 for hair; E43, E57, E77, E49

Copics used: for dress and shoes; G99, G94, G21, YG11

A little peace and quiet and a rumbage through papers and Petal Lu flowers and this is what I came up with.  I hope you like it.

Crafting At the weekend, says it all!

Hello friends

This weekend I have managed to make my first card since January! I'm looking forward to an afternoon of more colouring whilst the children spend theirs filling up water bombs!! Look out if you live nearby!

I've enjoyed colouring up Danni from Tiddly Inks and creating this card for my daughters friend.

Copics used:

Skin: R20, E00, E21, E11

Hair: E43, E57, E77, E49

Ribbon: B60, BV00, BV02

Dress: Blender, Y11, YR20, Y21, RV21

 (if memory serves me right, I forgot to write it all down)

 

I used dies from Joy Crafts and papers from Crafty Impressions, Lacy Butterflies, its such a pretty paper pad.

Sentiment was made on my computer using My Craft Studio, surprised I remembered how to use the programme, its been so long!

Flowers from none other than my own shop. Petal Lu, inspired by Natures Miracles.

A New Beginning

Hello Everyone

I've not posted since I started this blog and thats because I've taken on a mindfield of information on how best to run forward with my business.

I've spent the last 2 months messing around with an internet shop, a little fuss here and a little fuss there, but not really applying myself to it at all.  Today I found myself with a clear mind and thought 'get on with it woman'.  So I did!

Whola!

www.petallu.tictail.com has been born and published. 

Yes you can finally just click a button and order, no more waiting for me to 'get back to you' or send you invoices.

I have added a few countries to my checkout however I will of missed quite a few, therefore please let me know if your country needs adding.

Price Lists and Currency Converter

WOW! I'm getting lots of support from you all, thank you so much.

I want all my pages to be as easy as possible to navigate and obtain the information you require at the click of a button, it makes life easier for you and easier for me. 

I receive a lot of emails asking me where you can obtain pricelists and whilst I thought I had that covered it would appear you actually have to be at your PC to view! so it's been lots of backwards and forewards between pages, copying and pasting links etc................... life's too short! this subsequently looses me trade and makes me very sad :(

So, I've listened to your suggestions and hope that for the short term, we have a solution!

At the top of my blog you now have a Direct Link to all links for the flowers that I make, in each link there are pictures, prices, sizes and colours.  If you are after a certain colour, just drop me a line and I'm sure I can mix it up!

Alongside that tab is a Currency Converter! This link will take you to a site that I use to obtain current exchange rates.  I work all my prices out as GBP.

So there you have it, a bit more help from me I hope!

A Blog! Now why have I gone and added more work to my ever increasing list? I scratch my head.......... because a Blog is a diary, a diary of events, progress and success (if anyone reads it!)
